Patrick Greene is a long-standing member of WGO’s Resident Artists Program. He has starred in WGO productions as Goro in Madama Butterfly, Baron Douphol in La Traviata, Count Almaviva in The Barber of Seville, Ralph Rackstraw in HMS Pinafore, Frederic in The Pirates of Penzance, Nanki-Poo in The Mikado, Rudolphe in William Tell, Ruiz in Il Trovatore, Raoul de St. Brioche in The Merry Widow, and has been a featured soloist for many productions of Opera on the Lake, including last May’s Opera on the Lake – POPera: Simply Irresisitible. He made his European debut as Rodolfo in La bohème at Heidelberg Opera and later sang Alfredo in La Traviata at Staatstheater Cottbus.
